House Rules

Woods of Eden cannot accommodate pets.

We do not allow smoking, parties, or events.

You may check in anytime after 3 p.m. and guests must check out by 10 a.m.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. – 8 a.m.

Three night minimum stay.

Please be advised – There is no washer or dryer on location.

Accessibility

Visitors to Bear (Tent 2), Moose (Tent 3) and Deer (Tent 4) must be able to climb stairs.

For those with restricted mobility, Americana (Tent 1) offers a stair-free environment with ramped entryway, wide doors, wheel-in shower, accessible bed and close-by parking.

Cancellation

You may cancel a reservation free within the first 48 hours after it’s made.

After that, you may cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee.

Glamping was the way to go! The cabin/tent was nestled in beautiful wooded setting, was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this spot and look forward to our next visit.

Wood of Eden is a magical place. The tent is comfortable, the bedding is fantastic, we slept so well. The bathroom and the kitchen are very well equipped. Everything to spend a beautiful and comfortable stay. We strongly recommend Wood of Eden. Near Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, the location is perfect.
