The Glampground
Wonderful experience in the woods! We had an excellent stay in the Americana tent. It was the perfect size for our family of four. It was super clean (I can't get over how clean it was) and had everything we needed - coffee pot, toaster, hot plate and even space heaters and cozy blankets for the October weather.
If you enjoy peace and quiet, a woodsy setting and still able to have all the amenities at your fingertips while you explore Acadia, this is the place you are looking for. It’s very laid back, perfect for sitting on the deck in the evening to play board games, enjoy a simple homemade meal or some delicious take out. This place is a hidden gem!!
Glamping in the Woods of Eden was a fantastic experience for the entire family from my 75 year father to my 5 year old son. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare and cook meals from a skillet for eggs to mixing bowls and a gas grill. The shed had extras of things, games for kids and adults. If you're looking for an outdoor experience but like some of the comforts of home for yourself or little ones, this is worth it!
It will be hard to go back to camping after this experience. My family thoroughly enjoyed the “tent”, campground, amenities and the lovely families we met at the camp fire each evening. Great location to get to the park and spotless overall. Thank you!!
This place was perfect for our family of 4. We could stay on the grounds and relax or stroll through Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park within minutes. Super clean and cozy. Would definitely go back.
This was the perfect place to stay!! There was a camping feel but with the comforts of a home. The forested area was beautiful, and a great location!!
Great stay! Perfect layout for a family. Kids were absolutely giddy when we arrived and they explored the tent. This is something unique and different compared to normal hotel experience.
